Gladstones, Felmersham

We took this project from planning and developed it to as near the Passivhaus
standard as possible, though taking a pragmatic approach. The rear south facing
elevation was simplified and windows enlarge to improve thermal performance.
Eco Design Consultatanst produced a full set of working drawings, and developed
the details including cold bridge analysis and reduction.
