
Architects and Architectural Assistants Required
Due to recent project wins and the progression of existing commissions into more technically intensive stages, we are seeking to appoint an additional Architect and Part 1 to strengthen our team.
These role are focused on the detailed development and delivery of carefully considered domestic architecture, including both new build and retrofit projects. A significant proportion of our work is informed by Passivhaus principles and high-performance building standards, and we are committed to delivering buildings that perform as intended in use.
The Role
The successful candidates will play a central role in progressing projects through technical design and into construction. This will include:
- Developing and coordinating detailed technical packages
- Working closely with structural and services engineers
- Supporting projects on site and responding to contractor queries
- Maintaining design integrity through delivery
- Contributing to envelope strategy and building performance decisions
The arechitect role is a hands-on delivery roles with genuine responsibility, therefore these position will suit someone who takes professional pride in technical clarity, buildability and performance outcomes.

Experienced Architects
We are seeking a Professional with strong technical capability and experience delivering domestic projects.
Experience in Passivhaus, PHPP and certified high-performance buildings would be highly advantageous. However, we are equally interested in individuals who demonstrate a sound understanding of building physics, a rigorous technical approach and the aptitude to work at this level.
Successful candidates will be:
- Clear and confident communicators
- Pragmatic and solutions-focused
- Comfortable coordinating consultants and engaging with contractors
- Organised and able to manage technical information carefully
- Motivated by environmental responsibility and high-quality domestic design
While the role is centred on project delivery, there is scope over time for increased responsibility as the practice continues to develop. Progression will be based on contribution, leadership and technical excellence.
Part One Architectural Assistants
We are seeking a motivated Part One Architectural Assistant to join our practice and support the delivery of high-quality domestic projects. This role is ideal for someone with a strong academic foundation and a keen interest in developing their technical and design skills within a collaborative environment.
Successful candidates will be:
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, with a genuine interest in sustainable and high-performance architecture
- Able to contribute to the development of detailed drawings, models, and presentations
- Organised, diligent, and attentive to technical accuracy
- Comfortable collaborating with senior team members, consultants, and contractors
- A clear communicator, both in writing and verbally
While the role is primarily focused on supporting project delivery, there is significant opportunity for growth. As experience and technical capability develop, there is scope to take on increased responsibility, contribute more directly to project design, and advance within the practice.
